The Lifeback Tracker became a self-help tool for Anthony, focusing on four powerful but simple principles, to be used by anyone when first confronted with signs of a mental health challenge. Good mental health and wellbeing has become Anthony's life passion. Today he is on a mission, having been given a second chance at life, to help others avoid going down the same path he did.
