WORKSHOP - Lifeback Tracker - 4 Steps to Better Mind Health
Anthony’s personal story is key to kicking-off this in-depth workshop. The workshop will cover four principles that Anthony used to create his award-winning Lifeback Tracker program – Talk, Sleep, Reduce Alcohol, Sleep.
Participants leave with an understanding of how to implement the four principles into their own lives, and the importance of early intervention when their mind health and wellbeing is at risk. People don’t have to experience anxiety or depression to benefit from the program, it can support anyone who wants to live a happier and healthier life.
