He is visiting communities and workplaces across Australia to share his life experiences and tools, through speaking and workshops, to motivate and educate us all to become mentally healthier.

In this powerful workshop, you'll learn to unpack and practically apply LIFEBACK TRACKER's 4 Steps to Better Mind Health. Sessions will provide you with strategies to identify your lifestyle strengths and areas that may need support.

Participants leave with an understanding of how to implement the four principles into their own lives, and the importance of early intervention when their mind health and wellbeing is at risk.
You don’t have to experience anxiety or depression to benefit from the program, it can support anyone who wants to live a happier and healthier life.

Express Lifeback Action Plan Workshop

In this short 30-45 minute workshop, participants learn, step-by-step, how to get the most out of the LIFEBACK TRACKER's 4 Steps to Better Mind Health.

Attendees will 'walk-through" and leave with their own personalised Mind Health Action Plan.

Attendees learn to integrate their personalised plan into their everyday lives, and go away learning the importance of using this place, as soon as they're confronted by signs of stress, anxiety or depression.

Anthony shares his life-changing, confronting yet powerful story about how he reached the lowest point of his life but, more importantly, how he got his life back. He digs out of the audience the permission to share vulnerable, yet real life lessons, deeply connecting with his audiences.

​He offers takeaway learnings that will inspire and motivate individuals to make changes in their life, with a real goal to improve one's mind health and wellbeing.
