In 2003, suffering from anxiety and depression, Anthony Hart reached the lowest point in his life. While getting his life back on track he discovered 4 Steps to Better Mind Health, that became crucial foundations for managing his mind health and helping him achieve a happy and healthy life:

​To help others manage life’s challenges, Anthony created the Lifeback Tracker - an early intervention tool you can use to help ward off early signs of stress, before they escalate into a more serious mind health challenge.

It helps you measure, track and analyse the results of following four simple steps to better mind health. 

In 2016 it won the SA Government, Department of Premier and Cabinet People's Choice Award - at Innovation Day which gave the initiative momentum to make Lifeback Tracker into a free app.
